Ingredients Free-range chicken (average 35%), field mushrooms, onion, dried porcini mushrooms, chicken liver, butter, potato, béchamel (butter, wheat flour, cream, milk), white wine (contains sulphides), salt, pepper, organic white truffle oil, shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, cream, butter, vegetable fat, salt, water), egg, milk. Produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts (ooh-err!)
Size/weight Each pie is 190g, and about 10cm across. We’ve made them the perfect size for lunch, or team with mash/veg and a dash of gravy for an evening meal.
Store In the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months (defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking).
To eat Delicious cold, or bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C.
