Ingredients Potato, leek, onion, cream, crème fraiche, mature cheddar (v), parsley, thyme, rosemary, pepper, salt, butter, shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, cream, butter, vegetable fat, salt, water).Produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts (ooh-err!)
Size/weight Each pie is 190g, and about 10cm across. We’ve made them the perfect size for lunch, or team with mash/veg and a dash of gravy for an evening meal.
Store In the fridge for up to 5 days. We’re terribly sorry but this pie does not freeze well.
To eat Delicious cold, or bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C.
