Ingredients Free-range pork shoulder (average 40%), onion, bread crumbs (wheat flour, yeast, water, salt), shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, cream, butter, vegetable fat, salt, water), mace, sage, salt, white pepper, egg, milk.Produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts (ooh-err!)
Size and weight Each pie is 50g, and about 5.5cm across.
Store In the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months (defrost in the fridge for 2 hours before cooking).
To eat Delicious cold, or bake for 10 mins at 180°C.
