Slow-roast shoulder of Gatcombe Farm pork, pulled apart and combined with Yorkshire rhubarb, Bramley apples and a pork and sage stuffing. Like a hog roast in a pie, with a rhubarb-y twist.

Ingredients 
Slow roast free-range pork shoulder (35%), cider (contains sulphides), stuffing (free-range pork sausage meat, onion, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt, water), sage, rosemary, parsley) rhubarb sauce (rhubarb, Bramley apple, sugar, water, mace), shortcrust pastry (wheat flourcreambutter, vegetable fat, salt, water), milkegg.
Produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts (ooh-err!)

Size and weight 
Each pie is 190g, and about 10cm across. We’ve made them the perfect size for lunch or team with mash/veg and a dash of gravy for an evening meal. 

Store 
In the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months (defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking).

To eat 
Delicious cold, or bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C.
