Ingredients Slow roast free-range pork shoulder (35%), cider (contains sulphides), stuffing (free-range pork sausage meat, onion, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, water, salt), sage, rosemary, parsley) rhubarb sauce (rhubarb, Bramley apple, sugar, water, mace), shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, cream, butter, vegetable fat, salt, water), milk, egg. Produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts (ooh-err!)
Size and weight Each pie is 50g, and about 5.5cm across.
Store In the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months (defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking).
To eat Delicious cold, or bake for 10 mins at 180°C.
